QuickBooks Services   QuickBooks is the most widely used "do-it-yourself" accounting program. We provide services that are designed to make your use of this program more beneficial to you. Here are some of the ways we do this:   QuickBooks Bookkeeping We provide monthly or quarterly bookkeeping by using on line access to your data file kept on your computer/file server or we keep the data file on our server.  At anytime you can use the date file to perform the many functions a current data file allows, including but not limited to financial statements and other financial data reports.  The cost begins at only $150 per month, which is dependent on the average time spent and condition of source documents provided.       QuickBooks Consulting We provide on-line, telephone or on-site support and training. The cost begins at only $50 per hour from one of our QuickBooks specialists.  If additional or more advanced services are needed from one of our CPA's, we can also provide that at our hourly rates of $100 to $125 hour, depending on the Team member performing the service.   QuickBooks Year-end This is one of the most popular services we provide. We simply take a backup copy of your QuickBooks data file and begin to create the necessary year-end reports and tax returns. QuickBooks Compliance We review a backup copy of your QuickBooks file on a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis. We then prepare detailed recommendations and/or journal entries (Note that we do NOT normally make entries directly to your data files due to technical issues and the increase in cost, HOWEVER we can do this but we must arrange well in advance).
